Hello, sweet English Muse readers.  On my little blog, I have a series titled Your Moment of Calm to remind myself to slow down.  I’m always on the go, always saying yes, always over-committing myself.  So, I am finally learning the art to sit still and enjoy the moment.  Are you like that too or have you mastered the art of enjoying life?
